On July 7,at pm, Officers were dispatched to the block of Volney in reference to a shooting victim. When Officers arrived on scene they located one male 21 suffering from a gunshot wound, who was transported to a local hospital by ambulance. He is in stable condition. Shortly after Officers' arrival, dispatch received a call stating that a second gunshot victim had arrived at another hospital by personal vehicle.
That second subject succumbed to his injuries at the hospital and was pronounced deceased by Judge Howard. The deceased has been identified as Adaireon Madlock The investigation indicates that the parties involved are known to each other. After a confrontation, gunfire was exchanged between the parties. This is still an ongoing investigation. Officers arrived on scene and located two males age 34 and 31 that had been shot. Both males were transported to a local hospital by ambulance. They are both in stable condition. The Anti-Crime Unit supervisor located the suspect vehicle leaving the area.
The vehicle was stopped at the block of Shiloh. Jason Lujan 31 was located inside the vehicle, and he was identified as the suspect. He was booked into the Tom Green County Jail. Gonzales was not located at the time of the incident. On June 22,at am, Officers were dispatched to Armstrong in reference to a domestic disturbance with an assault in progress. A passerby observed a male struggling with a female so they stopped to assist her. Officers arrived on scene and located Jerry Gonzales, the suspect in the prior evening's stabbing, at the back of the property. He was taken into custody without incident. No further information is available for release at this time.
The San Angelo Police Department's Traffic Division determined that the driver, Richard Graham, was traveling eastbound when he lost control of his motorcycle. Graham succumbed to his injuries at the scene.

On Wednesday, April 21,San Angelo Police were dispatched to the Icon Cinema parking lot, North Bryant Boulevard, for the report of a male suspect who displayed a firearm in an attempted carjacking. When officers arrived, they located the male suspect inside a gray Ford F pickup truck. Officers attempted to detain the suspect; however, the suspect fled the parking lot at a high rate of speed and a vehicle pursuit ensued northbound on US Highway 87 at speeds above 90 MPH. The victims of the attempted carjacking, a year-old man and a year-old boy, were not injured.
A Follow-up investigation revealed the truck had been reported stolen earlier in the day from McCulloch County. A stun gun, knife, and BB gun were also located inside the truck. The suspect, later identified as year-old Ilja Avdejeves of Brandon Mississippi, was taken to the Sterling County Court to appear before a magistrate for the charge of Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle and was additionally charged with Obstruction or Retaliation after he threatened to kill officers, deputies, and the Judge.
